John's subjects feature Western heroes, both fictional and historical, including Annie Oakley, Vera McGinnis, Jimmie Rodgers, Gus from Lonesome Dove, San Antonio Rose, and wildlife sculptures of longhorns, buffalo, horses, jackrabbits and roadrunners. John also creates life size and portrait sculptures by special commission.
Located in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country, John's artwork is based on western subjects directly tied to the American Frontier and Wild West cowboys, cowgirls, Native Americans, and wildlife.
